By wearing Business Analyst and Scrum Master hats in my past roles, I’ve balanced analytical thinking with creative problem solving to achieve the right outcomes.
In my recent roles, I have gained experience across the end-to-end UX and product design process, from discovering customer problems to designing and defining the right digital solutions to solve them. My design work has focused mainly on responsive web apps, and I'm happiest working in cross functional teams where everyone shares the same goals.
